Verona, Italy

Verona was a quick side trip for me from Vicenza where I was staying. I was told it was somewhere that I needed to visit while I was in the area and I am definitely glad I went. The city has a very interesting new meets old feel to it. The architecture is very mixed between old buildings, ancient ruins, and new construction.

I spent a full day walking around the Verona and because it’s quite small I felt pretty accomplished at the end of the day. It is absolutely worth visiting Verona city even if you are limited on time.
